What an amazing story describing family struggles and emotions and how various members of a family interact dealing with the death of a loved one. Planning a funeral is difficult and have someone to say the eulogy takes someone special to do that; and maybe family isn't best. The eulogy begins with some astonishing remarks that leads to everyone examining themselves and thats ok! Discovery is great in family members. It would have helped if the author would have given us a family tree to keep the characters straight from the very beginning; but all in all this author does a remarkable job in human emotions and describing grief. Maybe it could have been done with less characters to help the readers. But I do think it is important that you include the impact it has of Gerry as a husband, dad, and grandfather. I did like the cover of the book.
