In the beginning the book immediately opens up to all of the character introductions and to be honest it got extremely confusing to keep everyone straight. I found myself not remembering who was who and being confused of how each character related to each other. The book had a potentially good story line and the eulogy part did have me interested but I found myself not caring so much about the other characters story lines.

I also am not a huge fan of long chapters. Something about quick chapters captures my attention much more than 20-30 page chapters do.

I was intrigued by the cover of the book it gives off this picture perfect town with this picture perfect family when you know that is not the case. If the characters were introduced in a different way to be able to stand out more I think I would’ve been able to focus more on who was who and there plot line
