I absolutely love a messy family story, and this one looks like it's going to be just that. I don't think I've ever laughed during or after a funeral scene in a book before, but that certainly changed with this one. So far, I am loving both the writing style and the characters (and I do appreciate when there is a family tree at the beginning of this type of family saga).
I'm so excited to read more about this family with all their flaws and issues. I have no doubt this will be an entertaining read!
