Gerry Williams’s funeral was a mess. Who’s going to read the eulogy? That was the best start and pulled me in from the first page. This is a brilliant story of mourning a loss while being hilariously funny and heartbreakingly sad. The author did a great job establishing the characters right off making this a wonderful debut novel. I absolutely love the cover.
