I absolutely loved this First Look of If We're Being Honest! At first it reminded me of The Nest by Cynthia D'Aprix Sweeney, but with a bit more of an edge and extra sharp humor. The just-this-side-of-deranged funeral made for an incredible opening scene. The family tree was very helpful, and I did refer to it more than once as the characters were introduced and then referenced again. I will definitely read and recommend this one as soon as it's available!
