This book is set in the 21st century, focusing on two individuals who have crossed paths many times in several past lives. The two main characters are past lovers from many lives but they don't meet in the 21st century for almost halfway through the book. However, they both hear something/someone sing to both of them and that is such an interesting part of the book. The storyline of the music that only the two main characters can hear is just wonderful to see progress throughout the book. It is different than most of the books I have read in the past.
This is definitely a patent read. You don't see any character interaction between the two main characters for quite some time in the book, but you see the point of view go back and forth between the characters throughout the book. But this is such a great read if you want something sad, loving, and with a small twist. I definitely recommend this book!
