Okay first of all, the cover is GORGEOUS and I was immediately drawn to it before reading anything else.
After opening the book, I noticed that the dedication made me feel something and there was a TW page, both things I immediately look for in a book. It gives it bonus points for me. In my opinion, it shows the author cares about the people around them and also the ones reading.
The story seems heavy but in a way I think I would enjoy reading. I love to read stories of people who struggle because they make characters feel more realistic for me. But also, I think I relate to a lot of the topics the book covers, including grief, taking care of a parent, and mental health struggles. I’m already invested in this story and would love the opportunity to receive a copy of this book.
