Sounds interesting but sounds familiar

A novel that looks at past lives and how they stay connected through the eons. It sounds interesting. It sounds like something I have read before, but the music aspect is new. I think it's cool that the author wrote and recorded music to go along with the book. It's a way to bring in new and different readers. This book has potential and it will be interesting to see how far it goes.
