I liked the description of this book, however, the excerpt is a little too slow for my liking. I was disappointed that the main characters had yet to meet. I started to find my attention wandering. The concept of the parallel story is cool, but I wasn't pulled into the romance in the first part of the book. This will be good for people who like a slower buildup. I also liked the cover, just couldn't connect enough with the characters and their story with the excerpt.
