This book wasn't what I expected, it was better! It was geared more towards the YA reading population but I am far from that group and enjoyed it! The author tackled a lot of problems that teenagers have, including parents divorcing, bad pranks, friendship woes and then added in the mix of one of them being gay and it went from there. Each problem was dealt with in a respectful manner and gave the reader practical insight on how to best cope with things.

There was no sex in this one, just a few kisses and not even in huge detail. The characters were relatable, the banter between them felt real and the reader became invested in their lives. They wanted to yell at them when they were making bad decisions, they wanted to cheer for them when things went right and most of all they wanted to see them all get the happily ever after they deserved!

A great read and an author I will read more of in the future!
