To be honest, it is not that I DNF this book, but I have had a lot going on in my life and a book club that I had to read a book for. This book quickly became a book that I set aside and have since put on the back burner. I honestly do not know if I will finish this book. The premise sounded straight up my ally but as I was reading it I could not get past a certain spot. I believe that if I were to pick this book up once again to finish it I would be able to get through it and not let it become a DNF, but at the moment it is going to sit there for a while. It follows the same format as many other YA romance books in the sense that the main boy is quite dumb and has stuck his neck out for something he should not have, and the love interest is a sweet boy who ends up being the brother of the main boys teammate who actually caused the issue at the beginning. Don't get me wrong, there are defiantly some cute aspects that would lead to me finishing this book in the future, and may change my perspective along the line.
