This book is a very entertaining and interesting contemporary read. I have read some of Gayle Forman’s work before, and while it is not my favorite book she has written, it is at the top of my list. I loved the diverse cast of characters that we get to read about, and the switching viewpoints give a good insight into various cultures and lifestyles. My personal favorite perspective to read from was Freya, as I liked her story the best, and she ties the group together right from the start. I did find it a little repetitive at first since it retells what is happening at the same time through each perspective, but once I got used to the backtracking I didn’t mind it is much. Overall, this was a very interesting read that I would recommend to fans of Gayle Forman’s other works, because it did not disappoint.
