I started this book wondering just what kind of "lost" the author was talking about. I soon realized that there was more than just one kind of "lost."
Freya, a singer, has lost her voice. But as I continue to read her story, I realize her voice is not her concern. Her relationships with her family are. Harun is lost in a way many are that cannot tell people who they really are. And Nathan became lost once his Grandmother passed away.
All three characters understand that they are lost, but do not realize that they are about to begin the journey to find themselves. To really figure out who they are despite (or because) of what happened to them. And, it seems, that for them to be successful, they need to do it together.
While I was only able to read a portion of the book, I cannot wait to read more! I must find out what happened next!
