TW: suicide.

It has been over 4 years since i last read a Gayle Forman book and I admit, I was worried that my taste had changed too much and what if I didn't still love her?! But it's all good.

Gayle has a way of making me genuinely care and root for characters in a short period of time. She had me rooting for an insta-love romance! I don't know how she does it! The characters in this book find each other when they most need someone to pull them through, and make them brave. And I'm so glad I got to read another book from Gayle.

I am low key hoping we will get to see another book with these characters. I'd love to see what happens to them after the ending.

Diversity: Harun is gay and Muslim, his love interest is black. Freya is half Ethiopian. Nathaniel has a glass eye.
