I haven't read Gayle Forman before and I was drawn into the first character and her voice (no pun intended) but felt distracted when the narrative switched to Harun's perspective. I'm interested but worry the characters are too disparate - I'm curious when their lives will intersect and if it will avoid becoming a trite love story.
