Never Got the Book :(
Unfortunately, I received a notification that I'd won this book but I never received it. After reaching out regarding not getting the book, I contacted the Bookish First help email. I then had to follow up a couple weeks later only to find out that since I never received the initial book, the publisher wouldn't be sending me a replacement. I'm super disappointed to be quite honest. This would've been my first book from here and one I was really excited about reading.
"I Feed Her to the Beast, and the Beast Is Me" has been featured on several bookstagram influencers that reviewed the book positively. I was also hoping to read it in advance so that I could choose this book for my book club's book of the month - it would have been perfect to ready during "Spooky Season".
When I get the chance to purchase more books in the future, I'll keep this on the list. But sadly it may be a while before I get to actually read it now :(
