I Feed Her To The Beast, And The Beast Is Me by Jamison Shea is such an intriguing book to me. I mean the wording and descriptions, as well as thought dialogue convention is probably my favorite part of this writing. You get to see behind the main character and her story of fitting in and battling her own insecurities though it may not seem like it, and the story kind of twists to show how she uniquely deals with any sort of unconventional situations that are thrown her way in the world of dance. I mean Laure will quite literally go as far as seeking a river of blood for answers, then turning around on the people she has worked beside her whole career, just to climb to the top of the ladder and be seen as a star. She will go to far out lengths just to prove that she can be so much more than people see on the outside, and that she has a way of dealing with her bullies and how they should not get anywhere in life.
