Very captivating & well written
Found the book to be very captivating and well-written. The flow of the story is dynamic, and you can feel the tension which I absolutely loved! I enjoy reading face-paced books, and this feels like one of them.
I also really enjoyed reading and thus learning about the ballet world. I already knew about it being a ruthless industry, but this book captures this aspect masterfully.
The main character is interesting as she's not your regular ballerina. She's the ambitious type, and adding that she is neither white nor heterosexual definitely adds a twist to the "usual" ballerina story. I'm definitely hooked and want to read more!
