This leads in as a “nobody” who doesn’t fit into the world she’s in.
Which I’m inclined to believe she’s fought hard to get there. But I’m more interested in the mystery that shrouded the entire first 22 pages were allotted to peak through.
It’s a ballet novel, which those in themselves are bound to have a vast array of characters much to my dislike that are uptight (unsure how they’d humor that line for the lead character) and rich with that air of grate on nerves characteristic that can be unpleasant.
Eager to see more from this to get a better feel of it but overall nice intro for what I’m sure will be a ride.
