So I'm not a huge romance novel fan. Usually I find that they are pretty cheesy and I roll my eyes at some of the troupes. However, I saw all the positive reviews of this one and I felt that it was worth a read. It definitely felt cheesy to me at parts, and you pretty much know what's going to happen pretty early on, but that doesn't mean that it's bad. In fact, I quite enjoyed reading the story and seeing how both characters progressed and changed over the course of the tale. It reminds me of a cheesy Netflix Christmas movie that leaves you feeling happy and hoping that you will find your sultry partner.

If you're a fan of romance or rom-coms, this is a good book to pick up. If you're looking for something light yet powerful, this is a good one to pick up. If you're looking to smile, this is a good one to pick up. I'm surprised how much the story has stuck with me even after a few months. So maybe I am a fan of Romance novels after all?
