I have been looking forward to reading this book ever since I first read the synopsis! The story is definitely right up my alley and it seems unique to other books I have read with a similar tone to this one. Right off the bat, I really enjoyed the writing style of the preview excerpt and it doesn't seem to heavy or chunky. This story sounds like it will be incredible, and the sneak preview already has me hooked and attached to these characters. I have seen so much hype about this book, which made me nervous at first, but after reading the excerpt I can definitely predict that this book will live up to the hype! I am also excited to check out the author's other book that just came out: Things You Save in a Fire.
