Margaret seems to have a lot of thing lined out: a handsome fiance, a new job, and moving in together to a new house. A tragic accident leaves Margaret reeling and reevaluating the people in her life. Although the premise sound depressing the story is written with a lot of humor and heart. It is hard to resist comparisons to Jojo Moyes' Me Before You, both are fast paced emotional rides that are both thought provoking and surprisingly romantic. However I must say that I found the romance to be a little stretched at times, however the book makes up for that in spades by portraying interesting character dynamics within the family. So if you're looking for a lovely, witty and heartbreaking read look no further.
