Okay
I was excited to read this after reading the first look, but I quickly realized I wasn't the right audience. I liked parts, but it was mostly the 'situations' I found myself enjoying, as I wanted to know how they would be handled. The characters and story were unable to hold my attention for long and I often found myself bored while reading.
For readers of women's fiction or chick-lit this would probably be an easy favorite, but I struggle to focus on this genre type. The tone was conflicting and overly positive much of the time, and I didn't feel any connection as I read.
While I didn't overly enjoy this story, it was an okay story, and it wasn't really hard to read, it just didn't hold my attention enough to read it with any real speed.
