Loved it! How to Walk Away is optimistic and full of heart, with a strong female protagonist. I kept reflecting on the title and how it applies to so many different characters and situations in the novel. It was a perfect choice, especially considering the main character's predicament. I have never suffered an accident or injury that required rehabilitation but I feel like the author did a good job researching and conveying the journey. The romantic elements were slightly predictable but I would have been disappointed had things turned out differently. It has a happy ending that is not overly saccharine, which is nice. I would definitely recommend this one if you are looking for something romantic and uplifting.
