I was pulled into "How to Walk Away" from the start! Katherine Center doesn't waste time getting into the story. After just a few pages I was curious what the future holds for the characters. I did question the boyfriend/fiance's judgement though on forcing her to fly when she clearly hates it. Not the best setting for a proposal if you ask me.
I was left with quite the cliffhanger and I'm curious to see where the story goes. While the proposal was pretty predictable, I have no idea how they will be after the accident. I'm curious to find out!
I didn't love some of the language, but it seems to be infrequent enough that it would not keep me from reading the book.
Also - the cover is fun and intriguing.
