The biggest irony about that night Is that I was scared to fly.
How to Walk Away is about, Margaret who seems to have it all. She just bought a house she adores, is engaged to the man she loves and is just about to land her dream job. Things take a turn for a worse when on one life changing night when she is in a plane crash which leaves her paralyzed and with third degree burns. Margaret ends up reevaluating her life and what really makes her happy.
This book starts off tragically, but ultimately I think it is a story about hope and finding yourself. It was a little predictable at times, but I still found myself really enjoying it and couldn't put it down. I feel like the author did her research when it came to this type of injury and what struggles people face. I also y enjoyed reading about these characters and all the things they had to deal with.
