Katherine Center has always written great novels. My initial impression was this was going to be a depressing story. I was blown away by how great the story flourished and how much the characters grown. Margaret Jacobsen had her life all together, the perfect job and boyfriend, who was ready to propose, until one day she lost it all in a plane crash. Terribly sad. But the process of how she rebuilt her life after losing everything, including the use of her legs, gives hope and inspiration because how she discovers who she is and what she has, she realizes that it does make one stronger and good things can come through strife. Ian, her physical therapist, was such a great character and how she made even his life different added to the story. This is one not to be missed, leaves one feeling good.
