Apparently Ethics was not taught at their B-school. It does seem Chip was so intent on impressing Margaret with his piloting ability rather than making Margaret the center of attention on the night he threw caution “to the wind” and took them for a joyride on a stolen plane a week before achieving his pilot’s license. Poor Margaret—so eager to please the person she was hoping would ask her to marry him that she allows him to do something that has always frightened her.
The color red was so dominant on the book cover that it seems to make me think of blood. After reading the beginning of the book, the plane on the cover seems so small; I am intrigued into discovering why this was so and can hardly wait to finish this novel.
