How to Walk Away definitely has an interesting start to it. Already Margaret, our narrator, lets readers in on the fact that something is going to happen. Something not great that's going to change the way Margaret had originally planned her life to go. While the First Look gives readers a glimpse of the event that precipitates this change, I'm very interested to see where things go from here. How do things continue to spin out of control for Margaret because, honestly, we've only seen the tip of the iceberg I feel at this point. I've not read any other book by Katharine Center, but with this sneak peek and based on the blurb, I think it's safe to say I'll enjoy this one.
