While the synopsis provided sounds interesting, the writing style didn't hook me. I don't tend to enjoy narratives that sound more like the character is telling the story to me (ie: inclusion of thinks like 'my sleep schedule's shot. That's cool). If that type of writing style works for you, more power to you, but I'll be skipping this one.
