I was super excited when I saw what this book was about, as I love queer and witchy books! I think it became apparent right away that the writing isn't super for me, though. And the contemporary-ness of it, like the magic school is just like regular school but with potion classes and such, doesn't appeal to me much. I'd still be interested in giving it a shot.
