Lesbian Witch School!
I love how even though it's an urban fantasy world, it still feels like a high school; AP Potions, talking about colleges in junior year instead of senior year (I'm side eyeing so many YA contemporaries right now), etc. Some of it felt a tiny bit forced (see: cheesy potion names), but I'm definitely intrigued to see what the rest of te book holds
Also, the main character calls herself a lesbian in the very first chapter which, considering how scared publishing is of that word, is very impressive.
