I'm so intrigued by this first look! Giada as our main character is head strong, loves animals, and feels really relatable. I also liked how the first chapter set up themes to explore in the book like the effects of comparison to others/siblings, doing what is right vs following tradition, combating expectations, and even normalizing reality over perfection with the detail about her brother saying guaritori don't sweat and Giada saying everyone sweats. The cover has bright contrasting colors and the imagery has a familiar feel that will draw in readers. I also like how Giada is portrayed so well in showing her bright, friendly personality through wearing everyday clothing, slightly messy hair, and a big smile.
