My kids are older now but when they were younger we read a lot of magical creatures fantasies. If your kid loves “The Unicorn Rescue Society” or “Pip Bartlett’s Guide to Magical Creatures” then they are probably going to love this book. Alas, in their teenage angst they wouldn’t connect with this book but I know it will be perfect for other families.
