I am a young adult/mature adult reader, but for me, a good middle grade book is just as appreciated. I love fantastic elements and magical nature, and this book hit that right on the head. The cover is awesome and pulls the reader right into this magical world. The prose was simple to understand, which is perfect for middle grade readers, but it was not boring at all. I actually got really pulled into this book and really enjoyed it! I would love to read more.
