This sounds completely adorable and I can't wait to read it! I was obsessed with animals as a kid and I know I would have absolutely devoured this one. It reminds me a little bit of the Immortals quartet by Tamora Pierce, which was one of my favorite series growing up. Looking forward to reading more!
