This just made my most anticipated list...

I'm generally not one who frequently picks up historical fiction books, but this one interests me. We have a dancer older sister who ends up running away with an older man because interracial relationships were looked down upon back then, and the we have a younger sister who claims to be lazy, but already I don't know if I quite believe that, and I'd like to see if I'm correct or not. As someone who's the product of an interracial relationship, I feel like this story is going to hit close to home somehow, so I expect a highly emotional read.
