How to Find What You're Not Looking For is an interesting story about Jewish sisters living in Connecticut in 1967. When the older sister falls in love with an Indian man, the changing societal tides of the era are underscored by the recent Supreme Court decision in Loving v. Virginia.

Overall, the story has an interesting premise, but the writing style is written in the second person, so it comes across strangely at times. The jacket cover is colorful and interesting, but doesn't necessarily relate to the story inside. Overall a pleasant read, but not necessarily my cup of tea.
