Middle Age Historical Fiction at It's Finest

While I read a lot of historical fiction, I seldom read books with middle school age characters at this point in my life. While I can't compare this book to the Middle Grade genre at large, I can say that I found the historical fiction details to be thoughtfully done and that 12 year old Ariel's POV was easy to slip into as a reader. I really enjoyed this and think that it would be a hit with readers of all age groups.
