Here's the thing I would have liked this book more if it focused on Biz kissing her best friend Grace and then trying to discover who she is attracted to. Instead the story focused on Biz seeing her dad even though he's dead and real life objects having a magical element to them as Biz deals with her mental illness. The writing did not grab me and suck me in to Biz's journey instead it took me out of it and seemed nonsensical. This is own voices for the mental illness rep. Trigger warnings for delusions, suicide, death of a parent. I was afraid that Jasper was not real and only existed in Biz's imagination. I can't believe she would sell the brand new camera her family and friends saved up to buy her.
