I started this book on a Sunday morning and couldn't put it down until I finished it, it was that good. I thought I wouldn't like the author's writing style, yet it was so lyrical and it flowed so well. I couldn't stop thinking about this after I finished reading it. Biz's story was heartbreaking, but there was also hope. It shows grief and how a teenager deals with it, even after it had been years since it had happened. The setting is definitely different, I don't read a lot of novels set in Australia so it was interesting to see from a character's perspective from a different Country. And the characters were extremely likable, especially Sylvia and Jasper. I'm looking forward to whatever the author may write next.
