For a fictional story, this reads as very lyrical. Protagonist has a very cadenced pattern in her thoughts, which echoes the "how it feels to float" theme. I was entranced, even though it let her skate over very weighty matter (trying not to spoiler.) I want more, I wish I could read the rest of the book right now.
