I have entered a few giveaways for this one, so I was very excited to see it on Bookish First this week. The synopsis of this story is very intriguing to me. As someone who knows people with mental illness, it is a subject that I feel is not always represented enough in literature. I also really like the writing style of the excerpt that is presented. It is sometimes choppy and interrupted, which is often how life with a mental illness can seem.
