I wish I could keep reading! Amir is dealing with a lot and I want to know how he handles it all. He tried to avoid all of his problems by running away and disappearing but things are never so simple.
I like all of the characters. Amir has a strong voice. He's funny and honest and so likeable. The other characters are all interesting as well and I am hoping to learn more about each of them, especially Amir's sister, Soraya. She "put on her detective hat" and set out to find out what she could about her brother's life. What else are little sisters for if not to dig into their older sibling's life?
I love stories that involve family and relationships, especially when the families are of a different culture than mine. I would love to use my point to get this book but I don't have enough. I hope to win a copy! It sounds promising.
