I like the characters the author introduced us to at the beginning. The cover of the book is interesting. I think the artist did a great job depicting how Amir felt when he left his home to travel to Italy. I’m curious how the rest of the story is going to go. I’d love to read more to find out what happens after the first look ends. Like how do Amir and his family get out of the situation they are in? Do we find out more about what happened while Amir was in Italy? Do we find out more about Jake and how he responds to Amir leaving?
