You can tell a lot from a book's first pages, whether it's a slow burn or it dives right into action. When I read the first 2 pages of this book, a smile unbidden emerged on my face. In that moment, I was captured and now I HAVE to read more. I absolutely love Amir, he's witty, nerdy, and has an adorable mental scorecard. It breaks my heart to read his experiences but I'm all buckled up and ready to go on this ride that is sure to make me laugh, maybe cry, and give Amir a thousand hugs and kisses.
