This is such a wonderful, vivid story! This book is a blend of dark academia, fantasy, and young adult romance — a really powerful and compelling mix of genres! Elle’s writing is so lyrical and engrossing. The worldbuilding is fabulous and imaginative. While this is my first time reading this author, I’ll eagerly be diving into her backlist while I wait for this book to come out!
