I don’t usually pick up teen fiction anymore (mainly because they are poorly written and I feel like they are all the same) but I got this book by chance and I’m really happy that I did. I finished it in a couple days because I thoroughly enjoyed it. Through the first chapter I was a little unsure about how it was going to go but after that I was hooked. I really wanted to know what had happened to Iris and her sisters in the past as well as where Grey was at now. The suspense was continuous all the way until the end of the novel and I was pleased that it wasn't crazy predictable (though there are definitely clues throughout the novel). The ending was a great and it left it open for the possibility of a sequel but it also answered all of the questions that you keep asking while reading.
I felt that was pretty well written as far as ya fiction goes so even if that’s not normally your thing I still recommend picking this book up. Can’t wait to read more from this author in the future.
