House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland was a bizarre read. It is a dark modern fairytale about three sisters, an eerie disappearance and a haunting secret.

When Seventeen-year-old Iris Hollow’s older sister, Grey, goes missing, Iris must do whatever it takes to find her, including uncovering a dark past lined with secrets and lies.

The cover intrigued me to be honest, and it was the main reason I picked up the book right after the book blurb. The writing style was definitely interesting and made the vibe of the book all the more better. The characters and their relationships were portrayed really well. Each had their own backstory and characteristics. Vivi was probably my favorite and I wish there was more her in the book. More so, the the plot was surprising and suspenseful and I felt apart of the mystery. The story is great for readers of YA or mystery.
