This was such a phenomenal story. It was mysterious and haunting and perfect for fall. The plot twist was a bit predictable, but the writing was so natural and lyrical that it was such a pleasure to read. The main characters Iris,Vivi, and Grey had such an interesting sister dynamic. This was a really beautiful story. The descriptions of nature were enthralling, but the interspersed descriptions of rot and ruin created a tone of unease, making this a great fall/Halloween read! I highly recommend this book for anyone in the mood for a creepy, but not scary, story for the season. The cover is also gorgeous— I got a lot of compliments from people on the artwork. It definitely made me want to read the book! Overall, this was a VERY good story, and without giving any spoilers, the mystery and getting confirmation of the plot twist makes it a quick read that you can’t put down!
